  1. Densitometric analysis of hybridization signals shown in Fig. 2. Percentages of deregulation (two-fold up- or down-regulation according to the well-established fold change two approach, FC2) in the given tumor entity (n.e. = not expressed). Fold changes between 0.5 and 2.0 were considered as not differentially expressed and are represented as the missing percentages to 100% in each tumor entity. Only tumor entities with four or more samples (n ≥ 4) on the CPA were considered for densitometric evaluation.
