(A) PI: Scalloped contours with oval-shaped lucent areas and evenly scattered 1–2 mm nodular densities. (B) PII: Almost complete fatty replacement. (C) PIII: Like PII but with a retroareolar prominent duct pattern. (D) PIV: Dominated by extensive nodular and linear densities with nodular densities larger than normal lobules. (E) PV: Dominated by homogeneous, ground glass like and structure-less densities.
