  1. A visual analogue scale was used from 0 to 10, where 0 meant no discomfort or pain, while a score of 10 indicate severe pain. The median pain score from 399 responses was 2 (IQR 3). Problematic pain score is defined as a score of ≥7. Problematic pain (32/399) identified in 6% of men and 14% of women (chi2 5.6, p = 0.02)
