(A) Paraffin sections of tumors in SCID mice were probed with p-Tyr705 Stat3 and T-Stat3 antibodies, followed by an Alexa 546-labeled secondary antibody. Panels were photographed at 600×. (B) Lysates pooled from WT and DN2 tumors were resolved on a 4-20% SDS polyacrylamide gel, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with antibodies for p-Tyr705 Stat3, T-Stat3, and β-actin.
