  1. CT1258 cells were labelled with 0.035 M MnCl2 for different incubation times at 37°C and 5% CO2. After labelling, the cells were further cultivated overnight in culture medium at 37°C and 5% CO2. Cell viability test was performed with Trypane-blue dye.
