Representative fluorescent photographs of UBE2C protein expression in various NPC cell lines and NP-69 cells. Cells grown on glass coverslips were incubated with primary rabbit-anti human UBE2C antibody overnight; the antigenic site of UBE2C was located by TRITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) and photographed by confocal microscopy.
