Status of PTEN in endometrial cancer cells is irrelevant to the response to olaparib. (A) (B) Each cell line was treated with 5 concentrations of olaparib, and the cell proliferation was evaluated by a clonogenic assay. Cells were cultured for 14–21 d. Cells were continuously exposed to olaparib with media during the incubation. All experiments were repeated 3 times, and each value is shown as the mean of 3 experiments ± SD.
