Effects of B. adolescentis SPM0212 on TNF-α production from RAW 264.7 cells. The cells (1 × 10³ cells/well) were treated with LPS (100 ng/ml) or butanol extract of B. adolescentis SPM0212 (25, 50, 100, 200 μg/ml), and incubated for 48 hr at 37°C and 5.5% CO₂. The extracellular levels of TNF-α in the culture media were determined by an ELISA reader at 450 nm. The quantitative data were presented as means ± SD of three independent experiments.
