Ad/AFP-Casp-AFP-amiR induced cell apoptosis in HCC cell lines. A: Ad/AFP-Casp-AFP-amiR increased protein expression of cleaved Caspase3 in HCC cell lines. Caspase3 and β-actin protein levels of HCC cells HepG2, Hep3B and normal liver cell HL7702 were monitored by Western blot after infected by two adenoviruses with MOI 50 respectively for 48 h.
