URG4/URGCP promotes NF-κB transcriptional activity. A. Luciferase reporter assay of NF-κB transcriptional activity in URG4/URGCP-overexpressing or silenced cells expressed relative to the respective control cells. B. Western blotting analysis of the expression of phosphorylated IKK (p-IKK), total IKK, phosphorylated IκBα (p-IκBα) and total IκBα; α-Tubulin was used as a loading control. The numbers represent the relative expression of each protein compared to the respective control cells. C. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis of the expression of genes downstream of NF-κB in the indicated cells; transcript levels were normalized to GAPDH and expressed relative to the respective vector control cells.
