URG4/URGCP promotes NF-κB transcriptional activity. A. The numbers represent the relative expression of each protein compared to the respective control cells. C. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis of the expression of genes downstream of NF-κB in the indicated cells; transcript levels were normalized to GAPDH and expressed relative to the respective vector control cells.
