Histochemical and immunohistochemical analyses. Hematoxylin/Eosin and Trichromic staining was shown in PC3 xenografts treated with KPT-251 (100 mg/kg) and KPT-330 (10 mg/kg). In this panel was also shown the expression of K67, tunnel, CD31, Fas and CD68 staining, depicting respectively proliferation, apoptosis, vessel formation, cell death receptor and monocyte/macrophage presence
