Chemo-resistence is positively related to EpCAM expression in HCC cell lines after 5-FU and cisplatin treatment. EpCAM protein levels were analyzed by Western blot. The bands were scanned and analyzed with ImageQuant 5.2 software. The optical density was modified one as control group. Data are presented as mean ± SD. *p <0.05 vs control; **p <0.01 vs control. Each experiment was repeated times times
