OVA-BS4 spheroids are highly resistant to conventional chemotherapeutics. Parent OVA-BS4 and OVA-BS4 spheroids were treated for 96 h with increasing concentrations of the indicated drugs, and proliferation rates were estimated by MTS assay. Dose-response curves for parent OVA-BS4 (bold line) and OVA-BS4 spheroids (grey line) indicate the percentage of cell viability compared to untreated control and are represented as mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments
