Concentration and time effect of I-CRP exposure on HeLa cell viability. After HeLa cells were treated with various concentrations (0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2 U/mL) of I-CRP for different times (4, 8, 16, 24, 48, 72 h), cell viability was measured by MTT assay. The percentages refer to relative cell viability represented as percentage of control (non-treated cell viability = 100%)
