Combined decitabine and carboplatin treatment induces XPC expression in melanoma. Melanoma cell lines were treated with 0.26 μM decitabine for 72 h, 8 μg/mL carboplatin for 48 h, or both in sequential combination. XPC expression was quantified by qPCR in response to single and combined treatments (a). Baseline expression with no treatment was used as a control.
