Auranofin synergizes with DOX and CCNU in canine lymphoma cells. Canine lymphoma cell lines 1771 and OSW were incubated with AF, DOX, CCNU, AF + DOX or AF+ CCNU for 72 h, followed by determination of relative viable cell number using a bioreductive fluorometric assay. Bars represent means of three independent experiments, and error bars indicate SD.
