Initial hepatic recurrence was the most commonly observed recurrence pattern (27%), followed by peritoneal (17%), loco-regional (16%), and other distant recurrences (20%) in the entire cohort. The Normal and Responder groups showed a lower risk of hepatic recurrence (14 and 18%) than the Non-responder group (31%) (P = 0.036).
