Inhibition of MASM induced autophagy enhanced apoptosis in MDA-MB-231. A. The apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 induced by MASM (60 μg/ml) in the presence or absence of autophagy inhibitor CQ (10 μM), LY294002 (10 μM), or Wortmaninn (1 μM) was analyzed by flow cytometry using Annexin V/PI double staining. B. The apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 induced by MASM in the presence or absence of PD184352 (2 μM) or SB203580 (10 μM), was analyzed by flow cytometry using Annexin V/PI double staining. Results are shown as the mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
