(A) A549 and SPC-A1 cells were transfected with the small interfering RNAs against TNFRSF17 (siTNFRSF17) and the protein expression of TNFRSF17 was determined by western blot analysis. (B) A549 and SPC-A1 cells were transfected with siTNFRSF17, followed by treatment with the indicated concentration of 25-HC for 48 h.
